Rue De Mort was founded in Toronto by two creatives, one from fashion and one from visual storytelling, with a shared obsession: the way objects in film outlive the scenes they appear in. Something a character carries can become part of who they are, and long after the scene ends, you still remember it.

We are drawn to crime cinema, horror, and psychological thrillers, stories in which what someone carries feels inseparable from who they are. Each piece is treated like a character. It is not just something to wear but something that follows you.

And so we created Rue De Mort, a neighborhood in which characters live with their own stories and agendas, carrying our pieces to fill in the narrative.

Our creations are made with luxury materials and built to be lived in. They are meant to be worn daily, marked, broken in, and made personal. They are never precious.

When you wear Rue De Mort, you are stepping into a role, into your own narrative, and into a character only you can play.
