Tracking information is provided so you know where your package is (Tracking info is provided once the item has been shipped)

All of our products are processed within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. (In rare occasions - it may take up to 72 hours for your item to get processed)

Please note that for all orders shipped to the United States, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by U.S. customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping cost at checkout.

By placing an order, customers agree to cover any duties or import fees required for delivery. If these charges are refused, the shipment may be returned or abandoned by the carrier.
